Stearic Acid

Stearic Acid is a naturally occurring saturated fatty acid derived primarily from animal fats and vegetable oils such as palm and shea butter. It appears as a white, waxy solid with a mild odor and is one of the most common and commercially important long-chain fatty acids. Stearic acid is valued for its emulsifying, lubricating, and binding properties, making it a widely used ingredient across plastic and rubber manufacturing.
