- Tailored Blends: Designing custom one-pack stabilizers that combine heat stabilizers, lubricants, and processing aids to match customer's machinery and output requirements. We can also integrate internal and external lubricants, processing aids, impact modifiers, and/or pigments into a single, pre-weighed compound to eliminate multiple manual weighing steps on the mixing floor.
- Transition Support: Assist customers to smoothly transition from traditional heavy-metal systems (like lead) to eco-friendly alternatives (such as Calcium-Zinc).
- Cost Optimization: Fine-tuning active component ratios to reduce raw material expenses without compromising the physical or thermal performance of the PVC product.
Technical Support and Testing

- Laboratory Evaluation: Conducting static thermal stability tests (like Congo red or oven aging tests) and dynamic rheological tests (using torque rheometers) for customer compound samples and products.
- Process Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving processing defects on extrusion, calendering, or injection molding lines - including issues such as plate-out, burning and poor gelation.
- On-site Plant Trials: Deploying technical experts on-site to supervise initial trial runs and optimize new stabilizer grades.
- Training: Providing hands-on, on-site training to production and quality control teams covering test methodologies, defect prevention and safety compliance. Key training areas include:
- Understanding stabilizer performance under varying extrusion speeds and melt temperatures
- Training laboratory personnel to accurately perform critical stability tests, including torque rheometer gelation analysis
- Educating operators to spot early visual signs of stabilizer degradation, such as yellowing, plate-out, or surface roughness, and how to make immediate machine adjustments.
